Student Computer Labs and Technology Centers

Computer labs and technology centers for student use are open many convenient hours and can be found in the following locations:

LVC Technology Center: The LVC Technology Center is located in Room 177 along the perimeter of Clyde A. Lynch Memorial Hall. It is the College’s main student computer lab and technology center, home to more than 30 Windows and Mac computer systems, laser printers and scanning technologies. Work areas suitable for group projects are also available. The LVC Technology Center is staffed by a student assistant whenever it is open. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.  Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday.

Clyde A. Lynch 188 Classroom: full tech-enabled* computer classroom equipped with 16 student computers (Windows/Linux).

Clyde A. Lynch 189 Classroom:  full tech-enabled* computer classroom equipped with 24 student computers (Windows notebook computers housed in a cart in the back of the room) and a laser printer.

Clyde A. Lynch 001 Classroom: full tech-enabled* computer classroom equipped with 15 student computers (Windows laptop computers housed in a cart in the back of the room) and a laser printer.

Clyde A. Lynch 010 Classroom/Lab: full tech-enabled* computer classroom equipped with 15 student computers (Windows laptop computers housed in a cart in the back of the room).

Bishop Library Instruction Lab: The Bishop Library Instruction Lab is a full tech-enabled* computer classroom located on the lower level of the Bishop Library. The room houses 28 student computers (Windows), a scanner, a laser printer and a color inkjet printer. It is used for library instruction and other classes when available.

Writing Center: The Writing Center is located on the lower level of the Mund College Center. The Writing Center includes Windows systems and a laser printer.

Mund Technology Center: The Mund College Center houses a computer lab, located on the lower level, with Windows and Mac systems and laser printers.

 

Campus Network: A high-speed data network connects all of the buildings on campus, academic and administrative facilities, and the residence halls. Wireless access to the campus network is also available.
