Credit For Prior Learning (undergraduate studies only)
While experience alone does not always translate into an academic understanding of principles and concepts, our advisors will work with you to assess whether your prior learning is comprehensive and can be applied as college credit. You can earn academic credit at Lebanon Valley College in the following ways:
transfer credit from other accredited institutions of higher learning that are relevant to your proposed program;
testing (CLEP, college challenge exams);
portfolio assessment of college-level learning acquired through life experience;
in-house business courses at your place of employment; and,
military training
