Hayward Jayanne N. Hayward, Director of Alumni Programs
B.A., Lebanon Valley College.

Jayanne maintains contact with LVC alumni, parents, and friends and serves as the primary representative of the College to its alumni. She oversees and coordinates the planning of events and programs such as Alumni Weekend, Oktoberfest, the Lazin Series, Senior Week, and other on and off-campus activities and works to cultivate the continued interest and involvement of LVC alumni in the College. Jayanne also serves as the staff liaison to several Alumni Council committees and coordinates the monthly LVC e-newsletter.

Krall Michelle A. Krall, Associate Director of Alumni Programs
B.A., Juniata College; M.B.A., Lebanon Valley College.

Michelle is responsible for career programming including Career Connections and Career Networking Day. She manages the Alumni Ambassadors program and parent initiatives with the Parents Council. Michelle also organizes the annual Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and assists in planning additional events including regional programs, Oktoberfest, Alumni Weekend, and the Lazin Series. Along with alumni and parent initiatives, she coordinates Senior Send-Off and advises the Student Alumni Association.
