Conference Services Department at Lebanon Valley College

The objective of Conference Services is to make your event enjoyable and successful and one that far exceeds your expectations. We provide a myriad of services for the campus community as well as for outside guests and groups who plan to use campus facilities. Whether a small informal group meeting, a large conference group, a summer camp, banquet, or wedding, Conference Services is prepared to work within your budget to provide exceptional event services.

Our Role on Campus
Our capable staff is ready to assist you! Conference Services completes the daily tasks of reserving and maintaining centralized scheduling for all campus venues, processing menu requests and set-up requirements, and distributing the Event Calendar to the campus community for all events at the College. Once you have completed planning your event through Conference Services, you will be provided a confirmation ensuring that each detail has been addressed.

In choosing LVC to accommodate your conference and catering needs, you will benefit from our established relationships with vendors and equipment rental companies that allow us to provide high quality services and event accessories at a very competitive price.

Event Planning Tips
Our conference services staff members will facilitate all the planning and logistics for your conference or meeting, allowing you to fully participate and host your event. The following items are necessary when planning an event on the LVC campus:

  • Reserve meeting spaces and use of facilities to meet your specific needs,
  • Coordinate lodging accommodations and meal planning,
  • Identify and coordinate technical needs and other resources related to your function, and 
  • Develop a budget to ensure that all essential services are identified in your program plan.

View Meeting and Event Schedules Online
Our Event Management System (EMS) browsing feature allows users and visitors to easily search LVC events and their corresponding details. Just click on the "Virtual EMS" link on the left to access "real-time" meeting and event information.
