Scholarships for Transfer Students
Lebanon Valley College is pleased to offer the following scholarships to students transferring 16 or more credits from two- and four-year colleges and universities. Students transferring 15 or fewer credits to LVC will be considered for scholarships on the same basis as first year undergraduates.
Academic Recognition Scholarship - All students completing a two-year transfer program or completing their associate degree and achieving membership in Phi Theta Kappa will receive a one-half tuition scholarship. This award is renewable and may be held for a maximum of five semesters. Students must maintain full-time enrollment at LVC, make Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), and remain in good social standing.
Transfer Achievement Awards (up to half tuition)
Awarded to students based on their college GPA. Scholarships will range from one-quarter to one-half tuition and are renewable for a pre-determined number of semesters. Students must maintain full-time enrollment at LVC, make Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), and remain in good social standing.
First time freshmen and transfer students identifying most closely with one of the following racial and ethnic groups are eligible: African-American, Asian-American, Hispanic-American and Native American
This $1,000/year award is available to new and transfer undergraduate students planning to enroll full-time for the 2015 fall semester. To be eligible, applicants must complete their admission application and 2015-16 FAFSA by March 1, 2015. It is renewable in subsequent years provided the FAFSA is submitted each year by LVC’s published deadline.
This award is for children of alumni pursuing his/her first bachelor's degree
