Ann plans, develops, and administers the human resource management function at the college in accordance with federal, state, and local employment laws. As a member of the senior staff, Ann works closely with the president and vice presidents to assure the human resource function aligns with the college's strategic plan and vision.
Ann's responsibilities include: interpreting human resources policies and procedures; recruitment; talent management; staff development' inclusive excellence; safety and wellness' benefits, wage and salary programs and policies; and organizational planning and development. Ann also assists in identifying and resolving employee relations and work performance issues to facilitate communications and improve employee satisfaction and work performances. Ann serves as the College's Title IX Coordinator and handles complaints of unfair treatment, sexual harassments, and discrimination.

Director of Employee Benefits

Dana is responsive or ensuring that benefits policies, procedures, and programs are in alignment with the college's overall strategic objectives and vision. She manages and administers benefit programs, such as medical, dental, life and disability, retirement, FMLA, tuition remission, unemployment compensation and workers compensation. Dana coordinates and tracks flexible spending accounts for employees and organizes benefit open enrollment, including benefit coordination for the College's retirees.

Human Resources Generalist

Stephanie assists with administering the College's recruitments, talent management, hiring, onboarding, and new employee orientation programs and processes. Stephanie also assists with employee training and development, organizational charts, job descriptions, and employee handbooks. Stephanie is also responsible for coordinating human resources sponsored employee receptions and recognition events.

Human Resources Assistant
Charlene is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources office. She answers general HR questions, completes employment verifications and processes background checks. Charlene also maintains HR files and forms, processes invoices and provides administrative support to the office. Charlene also assists with coordinating human resources sponsored employee receptions and recognition events.
