Mission
Lebanon Valley College recognizes that equitable salaries and benefits are important elements necessary to attract and retain good employees. The Office of Payroll and Benefits provides personal and confidential support to all faculty, staff, and administrators in the areas of payroll and employee benefits while meeting the college's mission, strategic goals and compliance standards.

Primary Areas of Responsibility
Full-time employees enjoy a full range of benefits which may include TIAA-CREF retirement, varied insurances, tuition remission and exchange, and flexible spending/dependent care options.

Part-time employees, student employment, COBRA, and retiree benefits are maintained in this office as well.

The Payroll and Benefits Office is located in Humanities 108.  Office hours during the academic year are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Summer office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
