Before coming to Lebanon Valley College in July of 2009, Michael Green was associate dean for six years and associate vice president since 2007 at Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill. He began his teaching career in 1990 as part of Augustana’s Department of Music, and served as chair of that department for five years. He has performed as an orchestral and freelance bass trombonist in a wide variety of venues in addition to his teaching and administrative responsibilities.

Ann is the chief human resources officer at Lebanon Valley College. As a member of the senior staff, Ann works closely with the president and vice presidents to assure the human resources program aligns with the College’s strategic plan and vision. Her responsibilities include developing and interpreting human resources policies and procedures, employee recruitment, talent management, staff development, strategic benefit management, compensation programs, and organizational planning and development. Ann also assists in identifying and resolving employee relations issues to facilitate communication and improve employee satisfaction and work performance. As the College’s Title IX coordinator, Ann oversees the College’s Title IX program and handles complaints of unfair treatment, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

Marty provides overall strategic and operational direction to the College’s marketing and communications efforts. The Office of Marketing and Communications includes the publications, web, public relations, and athletic communication divisions. Marty also serves as the Chair of the Web Committee.
