Land Fitness Classes
The Sports Center offers a variety of fitness classes for all ability levels. Our classes are taught by Les Mills certified instructors to guide you through a hugely motivating workout set to amazing chart-topping music.
Beginner Basic: Our newest class! This 45 minute fitness class emphasizes mobility, balance and flexibility. Perfect for seniors or first-timers.
Body Flow is the Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength; leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a structured series of stretches and poses create a workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Body Flow is a Les Mills certified program.
Body Step is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step, you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. It is fat burning exercise that shapes and tones your body. Body Step is a Les Mills certified program.
Body Combat is an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from an array of disciplines such as Boxing, Tai Chi, Taekwondo, Karate, and Muay Thai. Strike, punch, and kick your way through a superior workout. Body Combat is a Les Mills certified program.
Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your body and mind. This 60-minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Using your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for, and fast! Body Pump is a Les Mills certified class.
Circuit: A full body circuit routine with stations that are designed to accentuate full body movements. Get it all done in one workout!
Core and More: A 30-minute class designed to take your core to the next level. Core strength is fundamental for anyone looking to take their athleticism to the next level.
Lite Power Hour: A combination class that engages aerobics, toning, stretching, and more by using bands and exercise balls. A lively workout to launch your day.
Interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you have Zumba.
Water Fitness Classes
Our water fitness classes are designed to use the buoyancy of the water to help you reach your fitness goals.
Arthritis Aquatics: Classes include a gentle range of motion and muscle strengthening exercises that, with the aid of the water's buoyancy and resistance, can help improve joint flexibility. This group activity in 90-degree water can help relieve pain and stiffness associated with arthritis.
H20 Aerobics: A medium- to high-intensity workout that focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and strength. This total body workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The water temperature ranges from 80 to 84 degrees in the main pool.
Water Wellness: This 45-minute class focuses on improving mobility, muscular control, and postural strength, and teaching effective relaxation techniques in 90-degree water.
