- Sponsorship of one regular-season exhibition in the Suzanne Arnold Art Gallery
- An annual gift for music instrument repair
- Sponsorship of a public lecture on an aspect of student development, during New Student Orientation weekend
- Support for an intercollegiate athletic team's participation in an off-campus tournament
A gift of $5,000 can provide:
- Annual support for two to three students engaged in summer faculty/student
research
- Sponsorship of a one-day residency for a nationally-known scholar/performer, with a public lecture or concert
- Sponsorship of the annual juried art show in the Suzanne Arnold Art Gallery
- A named public seating area on campus
- Assistance for several students of limited means who desire to study abroad
- Funds for athletic equipment repair
- When pledged for five continuous years, a new endowed scholarship
A gift of $10,000 can provide:
- Sponsorship of five to ten students and faculty to attend an off-campus
professional conference
- Support for the development of a new academic course
- Creation of an endowed book fund to provide one student with financial
assistance for textbook purchases
- Support for the new Student Athlete Advisory Committee
- When pledged for five continuous years, preservation of an aspect of the College's historic and valued library collection
A gift of $25,000 can provide:
- A fully-funded endowed scholarship fund for an LVC student
- Support to plan and create a student leadership development program
- A named garden on campus
- A new program for youth partnerships with LVC student/athletes
- A permanent endowment for acquisition of art for the College's collection
- Funds for the repair and maintenance of the College's musical instruments
A gift of $50,000 can provide:
- A permanent endowment for cataloging the College's Archives
- A named faculty office or program area in any academic department or building
- Acquisition and installation of a new work of outdoor art on the campus
- When pledged for two years, a permanent endowment for faculty/student research in the department of biology or the department of psychology
A gift of $100,000 can provide:
- A permanent endowment for an annual lectureship in any academic or
co-curricular field
- Partial support for a new initiative to create student/faculty research opportunities beyond the science disciplines
- Naming rights for the visitors seating area in the College gymnasium
- Naming rights for the outdoor fountain between Dellinger and Marquette halls
A gift of $250,000 can provide:
- Naming rights for the field hockey stadium, softball stadium or the marching band practice field
- The establishment of a new faculty research endowment in a particular department or academic discipline
A gift of $500,000 can provide:
- An endowed professorship in any academic department
- Naming rights for the student center between Dellinger and Marquette halls
- Support for a three-day residency for an international scholar/performer,
including public and campus-only lectures/concerts and discussions, as
well as outreach to local K-12 schools as appropriate
A gift of $1,000,000 can provide:
- Naming rights for the College's intercollegiate gymnasium
A gift of $1,500,000 can provide:
- The establishment of a new endowed faculty chair in any academic department
