Nicki Bailey

After a successful career in sales leadership, including a decade at the Lebanon Daily News, where she rose to Director of Sales, Nicki Bailey started at LVC in 2022. She was already quite familiar with the College’s student-focused culture since her son, Nicholas (AKA Goodyear), who is now in the U.S. Army and stationed in Alaska, played football at The Valley.

Nicki has long been active in several community organizations, including leadership positions with the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce, but found LVC’s culture special.

“From day one at LVC, my colleagues shared that our students are the #1 priority,” she noted. “Now, I see this every day. There is a family atmosphere throughout campus, especially at sporting events with so many employees, students, and alumni supporting our student-athletes.”

Nicki has also found that Commencement Weekend is the happiest time of the year but is also a tearjerker.

“My favorite thing is watching our students grow and develop their career goals, so it is nice to see them move on to the next chapters of their lives at graduation. But it also makes me sad that I won’t see them daily.”

Nicki and her husband, Brad, love to travel, usually visiting an island each year and frequently camping and boating. She also enjoys baking, painting ceramics, and spending time with her three adult children. She also has 2 daughters Caitlyn and Natasha with both of them working in the medical field. Supportive of adopting from animal shelters, she adores Oakley, the family dog.
