Celebrate the release of Valley Jazz Orchestra’s latest album, Vicious Fishes, on Sunday, Oct. 13, in the lobby of Blair Music Center, immediately following the music department’s Blair 50th Anniversary Concert (which begins at 3 p.m.). The ensemble will play selections from the album in addition to two new compositions by Dr. Justin Morell. Both VJO alumni and current members of the group will be featured. Vinyl Records will be available for pre-order at the concert.
