Ensembles

The Violin Ensemble enables performers to build on the skills they have learned in private or school lessons.

Open to musicians of all ages, advanced-beginner through intermediate-advanced. Music will be adapted to individual abilities! Repertoire from popular and famous classical melodies, original works, and folk music/fiddle tunes. The ensemble or group playing experience is helpful but not required to join. All age students (school age to adult) are welcome! Ensemble playing skills and practice techniques will be taught in a group setting. No audition required.

The instructor for the string ensemble is Dalinda Bohr. Dalinda graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a B.S. in music education and a B.A. in music. She also has her M.M in music education and music technology. She is currently orchestra director at Central Dauphin East High School and is nationally board certified for orchestra.
