Use this handy checklist and timeline to keep track of what you need to do and when you need to do it. For now, enjoy the rest of your senior year, and start channeling your inner Dutchman.

| Submit your financial aid application (FAFSA). | As soon as available, beginning December 2024. The official opening date is still being determined by the Dept. of Education. |
| Celebrate your acceptance on social media using #LVC2029 or #GoValley | The sooner the better. We want to celebrate with you! |
| Check out 2029.lvc.edu to win weekly LVC prizes and learn more about campus life. | We’re ready when you are. |
| Commit to LVC and submit your deposit. | by May 1 |
| Set up your LVC email. Your username and temporary password are on your Admission Portal. (Check often and frequently so you don’t miss any fun stuff or important information!) | within two days of submitting your deposit |
| Take action on your student loan (if applicable) and electronically sign your aid offer (required for all students) through AccessLVC. | by May 1 |
| Complete Entrance Counseling and the Master Promissory Note for your Federal Direct Loan at studentaid.gov (if applicable). | between May 1 and June 1 |
| Register for and attend New Student Advising Day. | Mid-May |
| Request transcripts for any Dual Enrollment or other college-level coursework completed | As soon as courses are complete |
| Schedule a physical and review immunizations with your family doctor. | by June 15 |
| Receive your fall tuition bill. Payment plans are available – watch for info to come via email from Transact, our program administrator. | around July 1 |
| Submit student health forms and athletics health clearance (if applicable). | by July 1 |
| Get your housing assignment and connect with your new roommate(s)! | mid-July |
