Infrastructure Support Specialist

The infrastructure support specialist supports the Information Technology team with the campus network, campus servers, help desk support, and assists with infrastructure and security operations for the College. Responsibilities include technical support through account creation and account directory maintenance such as email and file access, supporting the infrastructure team through patching, server maintenance, and as the first level of support for users, providing documentation of account creation and termination and access controls, providing support to users of the campus network servers and the Internet, including network servers and remote access servers, assuring the timely diagnosis and repair of college-owned networking and server equipment, coordinating network services to the residence halls including the supervision of student network assistants, and serving as the on-site technical coordinator for the college’s systems and related services. Availability and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with post-secondary training in a computer-related field preferred, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to multitask with success with a keen attention to detail, and literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Associate/Assistant Director of Admission

Lebanon Valley College invites applications for an Associate or Assistant Director of Admission, depending on experience. Reporting to the Director of Admission and Recruitment, this role serves as an enthusiastic and effective representative of the College, contributing to its enrollment objectives through regional travel, high school visits, college fairs, and on-campus events. Key responsibilities include presenting to large and small groups, conducting one-on-one interviews, serving as a liaison to select academic departments, and evaluating prospective students based on academic preparedness and fit with the College’s mission. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and have 3–5 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field (preferably at a private, residential liberal arts college). Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and public speaking skills, a valid driver’s license, and the flexibility to travel regionally and work evenings and weekends as needed. Major Gifts Officer

The Lebanon Valley College Advancement division seeks a major gifts officer. The major gifts officer establishes and manages relationships with alumni, parents, organizations, and other friends of the college to solicit major gifts for Lebanon Valley College’s priority programs, projects, and annual fund. Significant travel, evening, and weekend work is required. The major gift officer plays a key role in cultivating and soliciting donors toward the college’s capital campaign. Director of Educational Technology

The Lebanon Valley College Information Technology department seeks a director of educational technology. The director of educational technology is responsible for promoting educational technology that advances teaching, learning, and research. Working collaboratively, this position serves as a liaison between faculty, staff, and students, and the office of information technology to broaden the use and knowledge of technology and emerging technology across campus. The directors primary function is to provide best practice-level expertise in the design and development of online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses. Qualifications include a master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology or related discipline, and three years’ related experience in an academic designing and delivering distance learning instructional courses. Assistant/Associate Athletic Trainer

The department of athletic training seeks an assistant/associate athletic trainer, depending on experience. Under the direct supervision of the head athletic trainer, the assistant/associate athletic trainer works 12 months and is responsible for assisting in the supervision and coordination of LVC’s sports medicine program; to include injury prevention, evaluation, management and treatment of athletic injuries, short and long term rehabilitation of athletic injuries, and education and counseling of student-athletes in regard to injuries and prevention.  The assistant/associate athletic trainer is responsible for assisting in athletic related health care in consultation with and under the supervision of the team physician(s). Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in area of specialization and 4 years of professional experience preferred; or Master degree and 2 years of professional experience, certification by the Board of Certification (BOC), state athletic training licensure, familiarity with NCAA governing rules, CPR-First Aid Certification preferred, strength and conditioning experience, capacity to deal effectively in emergency situations, availability for significant travel, evening or weekend hours as necessary, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis (or with assistance), and a valid PA driver’s license. Assistant Director of Financial Aid

Lebanon Valley College seeks a full-time assistant director of financial aid. Reporting to the director of financial aid, the assistant director manages various financial aid programs including military benefits, state and private grants and scholarships. In addition, the assistant director provides office support by counseling students and their families on financial aid programs and opportunities. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years financial aid experience in a higher education setting preferred, excellent oral and written communication skills, comfort speaking in front of groups, resourcefulness and persistence in seeking direction with the administration of aid programs, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, the ability to multitask with success and meet deadlines, and the capacity to work effectively and independently in a team environment. Nursing Skills Lab Assistant

The Lebanon Valley College Department of Nursing seeks a part-time, nursing skills lab assistant. The nursing skills lab assistant ensures a smooth operation of the nursing skills lab directly contributing to the success of Lebanon Valley College nursing students. The lab assistant will prepare and maintain the skills lab for student learning activities, including setting up manikins, task trainers, and other equipment while assisting faculty with demonstrations and skill development sessions.  The lab assistant works approximately 20 hours per week, from August 1st through May 31st, 10 months annually. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing; a valid RN license; 2-3 years of recent clinical nursing experience; and prior experience teaching in a nursing skills lab or clinical setting is preferred. Campus Safety Officer (Part-time)

Lebanon Valley College has an opening for part-time campus safety officers. The part-time hourly rate is $15.00 per hour.  Primary duties include campus safety patrol, building security, safety checks, parking enforcement, and crowd / vehicle control. The position does not have a set number of guaranteed hours, hours are based on the need of the department. Candidate must have some availability for all three shifts (day, evening and night) and weekends and holidays. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid PA driver’s license. Police or security experience is a plus. Housekeeper

Lebanon Valley College’s Department of Facilities Services has openings for housekeepers. The full-time hourly rate is $15.45 per hour and includes 9 paid holidays, 3 weeks’ vacation, plus the week between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, 10 sick days, 100% college undergraduate tuition benefits for the employee and their dependents, and a 9% retirement contribution if the employee contributes 5% of their gross base salary. Housekeepers at the College maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition and use a variety of equipment to maintain the proper quality of cleanliness. This position requires standing, bending, stretching, stooping, lifting, extensive walking, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis, and the ability to climb a step ladder. Candidates must be dependable, reliable and able to work in a high energy, team-oriented environment. High school diploma or equivalency is required and housekeeping / custodial experience is preferred.
