Nursing - BSN

Few careers are as satisfying, challenging, and in-demand as nursing. Through Lebanon Valley College's bachelor of science in nursing degree (BSN) program, you'll get the training to think like a nurse and pursue RN licensure. That means learning to make evidence-based clinical judgments regarding patient care and advocating for the unique needs of patients and their families.

Learn More About the Program

A BSN tells employers you’re prepared to provide great care in the most complex situations. In your first two years, you’ll develop core skills like clinical judgment, written communication, intercultural competence, quantitative reasoning, applied knowledge, and problem-solving. In your third and fourth years, you’ll dive into nursing-specific courses that focus on theory, technology, and research. Need-based departmental scholarships are available.

Solve real-world problems and build relationships with co-workers and employers in clinical settings. You’ll have the opportunity to work at partners including Cornwall Manor, Lebanon Valley Brethren Home (Londonderry), Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

High-tech Labs

Our local Pennsylvania nursing program provides high-tech simulation and skills laboratories that contain briefing rooms, manikin simulators, and related hardware, software, and camera equipment.
