Womyn’s Luncheon

The Office of Culture, Community, and Belonging presents this luncheon, featuring several guest speakers including Pastor Toni Scott, Dr. Ivette Guzman, Rachel Gibson and many more from the local community. All are welcome.

 

Drag Show

Saturday, March 22 | 7 p.m. | Zimmerman Recital Hall

Hosted by the Office of Culture, Community, and Belonging, in collaboration with Freedom Rings. Performers include Whitney Guccigoo, Jalah Nicole, India Larelle, and Robyn Ya’Men.

Get ready for a night of dazzling performances, high energy, and unapologetic self-expression at the LVC Drag Show! Join us as incredible drag performers take the stage to celebrate artistry, creativity, and LGBTQ+ pride. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the world of drag, this is a show you won’t want to miss! Please remember to respect the performers and the performance—cheer them on but always be mindful of the space and the artistry they bring to the stage. All are welcome.

 

True Black History Traveling Museum – Women of Color

Tuesday, March 25 | 10 a.m.–2 p.m. | Bishop Library Atrium

In honor of Women’s History Month, we invite you to Celebrate Black Women in History through this powerful, self-guided experience. Bring your class, colleagues, or friends—all are welcome!

What to Expect:

  • A unique museum experience showcasing the contributions of Black women throughout history.
  • Grab-and-go snacks and cultural treats to enjoy.
  • A chance to immerse yourself in history and reflect on how we shape our future.

Make sure to carve out extra time to visit Bishop Library’s Women in History Book Display, as well as special exhibits from the Asian Culture Club and Latin Hispanic Alliance, highlighting influential women from their cultures.

This exhibit is made possible through LVC’s Inclusive Excellence Grant, The Black Student Union, The Asian Culture Club, The Latin Hispanic Alliance, The Culture, Community, and Belonging Office, and The Vernon and Doris Bishop Library.

Trans Day of Visibility

Thursday, March 27 | 11 a.m. | Bishop Library Atrium

Trans Day of Visibility is dedicated to celebrating the resilience, contributions, and experiences of transgender and non-binary individuals while raising awareness of the discrimination they continue to face. This event provides a space for education, empowerment, and allyship within our community. This year, we are honored to feature speakers from Lititz Chooses Love and the Lebanon PA LGBT Center, who will share their insights and experiences in support of trans visibility and inclusion.
