Carmen García Armero

Professor of Spanish
Dr. Carmen García Armero is Chair and Professor of Spanish at Lebanon Valley College. Born in Spain, she received her Ph.D. in Spanish from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and specializes in contemporary Peninsular literature and culture. Her research interests include cultural studies, film, gender, trauma, and memory studies. At LVC, Dr. García Armero facilitates mindfulness and is the faculty advisor of the Phi Sigma Iota International Honor Society.
