Dr. Bhattacharjee arrived at LVC after teaching at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Mo., and the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Economics from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India, and a second Master’s and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire. Her research interests are in Environmental Economics, Gender Economics, Labor Economics, and International Economics.
