Group Visits

High school counselors and CBOs are welcome to request a group visit for their students to come to campus and explore The Valley. The visit will include a campus tour and information session with an admission representative.

Group visits are available Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a.m. or 11 a.m. When completing the inquiry form below, please enter the date and time you are looking to visit. A confirmation will be sent once your visit has been approved by our admission staff. We cannot guarantee all dates and times will be approved. Please note that if your group arrives more than 20 minutes late, your visit may need to be adjusted based on our staff availability.

• I will provide the LVC Admission Office the most accurate total number of students and chaperones who will be attending the visit a week prior to my visit.
• I understand it is the responsibility of the chaperones to attend the campus tour with their students.
• I will notify the Admission Office by phone 717-867-6181 if a late arrival to the campus is anticipated. I understand the visit may need to be adjusted based on late arrival due to staff availability.
• I understand that cancellations of visits must occur at least 24 hours in advance by both email and phone.
